About us
Built on the tools
We started Sleepers R Us because we knew what tradies actually needed from a supplier — and we weren't getting it. That was over 15 years ago. We're still here.
Where we came from
Our story
Sleepers R Us was founded by a landscaper who spent years frustrated by suppliers who didn't understand the trade. Wrong stock, slow turnaround, and pricing that didn't work for contractors doing volume.
We set out to do it differently. A Melbourne-based yard stocked with the materials landscapers and contractors actually use — hardwood sleepers, treated pine, concrete blocks, steel posts, Colorbond panels, and all the hardware to go with it.
More than 15 years on, we supply some of Melbourne's most respected landscaping and construction businesses. We know what's needed on site, and we make sure it's ready when you are.

What sets us apart
How we work
Stock that's actually there
We don't take orders for materials we don't have. If it's on our list, it's in the yard. No surprises when you turn up.
Trade pricing, no games
We price for volume and loyalty. Trade accounts, project pricing, and bulk discounts — talk to us about your work.
People who know the product
Our team has hands-on experience with retaining walls and fencing. We can help you spec the right materials for the job.
Fast, reliable turnaround
Order today, pick up or arrange delivery. We work to your schedule — not the other way around.
